The story of the apartment
The Tower Apartment takes its name from the very place that gives access to it: the oldest tower of the castle , built in the 13th century . This tower, a true medieval relic, once constituted a strategic passage point for the guards on duty.
By using this unique access, you walk in the footsteps of those who, centuries earlier, reached the main building from the barbican , crossing the wall-walk . This passage, once reserved for surveillance and defense, connected the different parts of the castle while ensuring the safety of its occupants.
